Southampton CIty Judo Club would like to wish our friend Robin Sadler of Sandbach Judo Club the very best recovery from the heart attack he had on Friday night.

Robin is an enthusiastic Judoka and once he is back up and fighting we will either have him visit us or we will visit him (Road trip anyone?).
